The Helix Hydraulic Control Valve range is designed to provide reliable automatic control of water flow, pressure regulation, and irrigation system management across agricultural, pumping, and water distribution applications. Engineered for durability and consistent performance, these diaphragm-operated valves offer dependable operation in demanding irrigation environments where accurate water control is essential.

Available in sizes ranging from 40mm to 250mm, Helix hydraulic valves are suitable for a wide variety of irrigation system configurations. Valves from 40mm to 150mm are fitted with a 4.5mm plastic pilot rated to 10 bar, while the larger 200mm and 250mm valves are equipped with a 4.5mm orifice brass pilot for reliable performance in higher-flow applications.

The 250mm valve features a double-bodied diaphragm design, providing enhanced strength, stability, and flow control capabilities for large-scale irrigation systems. All standard valves are professionally plumbed using 8mm nylon tubing with push-fit fittings, ensuring simple installation, secure connections, and easy maintenance.

To suit different operating requirements, all valves are available with either a 6 bar or 16 bar diaphragm and spring assembly. Please nominate your required pressure rating when ordering to ensure the valve is configured correctly for your application.
