The UMC BT4-B Bolt-On Towable Hub is a heavy-duty towing solution designed to convert standard non-tow irrigation gearboxes into towable gearboxes. Ideal for centre pivot and lateral move irrigation systems, the BT4-B allows growers to relocate irrigation equipment quickly and efficiently while maintaining the reliability and performance expected from UMC driveline components. Designed to fit all UMC gearboxes and all gear ratios, it provides a versatile solution for towable irrigation applications.
Built for durability in demanding agricultural environments, the BT4-B features a heavy-duty 2.00″ cast steel shaft, robust cast iron hub, and tapered roller bearings for smooth operation and long service life. The assembly comes pre-filled with grease and includes grease and pressure relief fittings to simplify maintenance and ensure reliable performance in the field.
Extra-long carriage bolts allow use with reinforced rims, while the positive wheel register provides secure wheel alignment and dependable operation. The bolt-on hub cap is secured with three bolts and sealed for added protection against dust, dirt, and moisture. A locking pin and bracket assembly is available separately to securely lock the tow hub when required.
