Description

The A3030 and A3000 Accelerator Sprinklers from Nelson Irrigation are advanced low-pressure pivot sprinklers designed to deliver high-efficiency irrigation with exceptional uniformity. Built as a hybrid of Rotator® and Spinner technology, these sprinklers combine long throw distance with gentle water application, making them ideal for in-canopy irrigation and sensitive soil conditions.

Engineered for modern centre pivot and lateral move systems, the Accelerator increases rotation speed as nozzle size increases, maximising throw while reducing evaporation losses at low flow rates. At the outer spans, it transitions toward a spinner-style pattern to lower application rates and improve soil infiltration.

Both models operate efficiently at low pressures (6–15 PSI / 0.4–1 bar) while maintaining a low trajectory angle without sacrificing throw distance, helping reduce wind drift and improve water placement.

The A3000 features a traditional nozzle system, while the A3030 includes the advanced 3NV dial nozzle, allowing nozzle flush, line flush, and shutoff without removal, simplifying maintenance and saving time in the field.

With a throw diameter of approximately 9.1 – 18 metres, the Nelson Accelerator range delivers consistent coverage, reduced runoff, and improved crop performance across a wide range of agricultural applications.
